Returns & Exchanges

Volcom offers a hassle-free return process for products purchased on our website within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your original method of payment.
